Returns and Refund Policy (Thailand)

Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to provide a smooth and secure shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and simple returns and refund process in line with Thailand’s Consumer Protection Laws.

Returns

  • Return Window: You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • Required Documents: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at nkbantawai2014@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g. wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • Please use a reliable courier service with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Digital downloads or gift cards

Consumer Rights (Thailand)

Under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979), consumers in Thailand are entitled to receive goods as described, free from defects, and fit for the intended purpose. If your item does not meet these standards, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
